This game was broadcasted as part of the Needham Channel’s “Game of the Week” coverage. The Needham Lady Rockets hosted Wellesley in the only regular season matchup between these rivals. It was played at Memorial Field on April 8, 2009. Wellesley defeated Needham 12-8.
